logistics operator with years in dispatch, operations management, and customer facing roles, then supported by
vetted logistics professionals who keep each account disciplined and predictable.

Before launching Haul Harmony and DispatchBoost, the founder spent several years leading logistics operations
for a U.S. carrier and logistics operation, moving dry van, refrigerated, and LTL freight and managing a
small operations team. That work covered dispatch, routing, carrier relations, billing, compliance, and
customer management at scale.
Experience in hospitality, guest services, and frontline customer roles created a strong foundation in communication and expectation management. Time in tech, transcription, and web projects added comfort with tools, data, and workflow design.
Today that mix of operations, service, and product thinking is used to design simple, reliable freight solutions that fit into how your teams already work and evolve as your network grows.
